FSRA

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority oversea all aspects of granting licenses to Banks, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, Mutual Fund Administrators, Registered Agents & Trustees.  They also perform ongoing inspections of licensees and receive and review semi annual or annual financials and other returns from these licensed entities.

FCC/ Pinnacle

Financial Centre Corporation ( FCC) is the marketing and promotion company for St. Lucia’s offshore industry.  On their website can be found all of the legislation, amendments, updates and guidance notes relevant to the sector as well as links to the official Registry of Offshore Companies which is marketed under the name Pinnacle.

Gordon, Gordon & Co.

Gordon, Gordon & Co is one of St. Lucia’s leading law firms.  Senior partner Michael B.G. Gordon has not only served as a Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, he has also received the Kings Counsel designation and holds the CBE (Commander of the British Empire).  
His 60-year legal career is legendary in St. Lucia.  The firm consists of 4 lawyers, two paralegals and over a dozen staff, interns and clerical personnel.  
Mr. Gordon serves as Chairman of ADCO’s Board of Directors.

Proven Bank

Proven has been a part of St. Lucia’s offshore industry for 20 years.  Originally named Bank of St. Lucia International, (generally shortened to BOSLIL) the bank was wholly owned by St. Lucian domestic Bank, Bank of St. Lucia.
A majority was sold to Jamaican financial group Proven Financial, who renamed it BOSLIL Bank. Proven acquired the remaining outstanding shares of BOSLIL two years ago and rebranded the operation to today’s Proven Bank.  ADCO has banked with the bank since the bank first opened in the early two-thousands.

Harmony Suites Hotel


Harmony Suites is a 30-suite hotel in the heart of Rodney Bay.  All manners of nightlife, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance as is the island’s best beach, Reduit Beach.

Located on the waterfront within Harmony Suites hotel, Jacques is a beautiful calm oasis.  Headed by French chef Jacques Rioux and his English wife Cathy, the restaurant has a diverse menu, excellent service and an amazing waterfront location.  Open for dinner most nights.
